I'm a fast problem-solver, and I love working with teams — I tend to pull people together around problems and make sure everyone is winning, whether that's through prototyping, stepping into code, or helping others unblock. I'm at my best in collaborative environments where the goal is progress, not perfection, and where we're all aligned on solving real customer problems.

I'm collaborative and resourceful — I solve what I can, and I make sure others feel supported to contribute. My goal is always to move the team forward quickly, unblock people, and give clear direction that still leaves room for creativity. I'm intentional about bringing positive energy into the work space — it helps teams stay motivated and connected, especially when things get tough.

First, I look for the fastest way to unblock myself or others — whether that's prototyping, troubleshooting code, or clarifying scope. If I can't fix it solo, I bring in the right people and frame the problem clearly so we solve it together. I always stay constructive and solution-focused — I've found positivity is one of the biggest accelerators in team environments.
